What sort of industrial valves do you offer?

 

We offer all types of valves used in the following industries:

  • Food and manufacturing
  • Bulk storage
  • Petrochemical
  • Oil & Gas
  • HVAC
  • Power Generation
  • Hygienic industries.

 

I need valves by the end of the week. Can you help me out?

 

Yes. We typically have stock inventory of all our standard ball & butterfly valves in both manual and actuated versions. For other valves with special features – we can typically ship next day and sometimes even same day.

 

Do you have a minimum order quantity.

 

No. We’ll sell you 1 valve, or 10,000.

 

Do you sell direct?

 

Yes. We can sell to you direct, the only exception we make is where we are already supplying via an existing distribution route.

 

Do you sell internationally?

 

Yes. For overseas direct sales, we require 100% payment via bank transfer before shipment and you will be responsible for shipping and any non standard documentation required in your country.

 

What if I don’t know what valve I currently have?

 

Sometimes a picture tells a thousands words –  the best thing to do is to take a photo, and e mail it to us with any markings, nameplates etc and we can identity it for you.  We can also run through with you what it is being used for to check its the best valve for the job.

 

Do you offer on site surveys or video surveys?

 

Yes. We can attend site to offer valve related advice however we also offer the option of a video survey using a smartphone which many clients find quicker and more efficient.

 

Do you offer on site valve planning meetings or video meetings?

 

Yes. We can attend site to conduct a valve planning meeting or we can schedule a video conference via Zoom which has the advantage of screen and document sharing.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

 

No. Because valves are heavy we make a reasonable carriage charge at cost and send all domestic consignments via TNT/FedEx

 

How do I open an account?

 

You will need to pay pro-forma on your first order and for subsequent orders we can open an account subject to status. 

 

What is the return policy?

 

Omega Valves will accept returns on standard configuration valves provided they are in the condition they were when they left us.  A minimum 20% restocking fee will apply. Any products that are custom configured or special orders we may not be able to re-stock without 100% restocking charge being applied.
