Screwed Pressure Reducing Valves

Screwed Pressure Reducing Valve

  • There are two main types of screwed pressure reducing valves which are direct acting and pilot operated using globe or angle pattern bodies.
  • Direct Acting are more popular and they operate with a spring loaded mechanism
  • Pressure reducing valves automatically reduce the inlet pressure down to a lower fixed outlet pressure
