V Ball Design Principle
- V-Balls are specially profiled in design to change the flow characteristics of the valve and are offered in different shapes to meet a variety of modulating applications.
- The 30°, 45° 60° and 90° V-Ball inserts all give variations of a parabolic flow characteristic. As the angle on the V-Ball increases, the maximum flow also increases.
