Omega Valves have extensive experience in the specification and supply of valves for use in the Energy Sector. This ranges from supplying just one valve for a boiler house or a complete valve package on a new energy from waste plant build. The latter usually involves us offering as scope of our supply a high degree of upfront technical expertise, consultative support and onsite back up plus automation and control valve training.

Renewable Energy Plants are so diverse that the valves requirements vary from low temperature, low pressure raw material at one end of the process, to high temperature and high pressure steam at the other end. Dependent on the duty details involved it’s not unusual to have many valve types used on these types of plants to perform very specific functions.

Typical valve types include Gate, Globe and Check Valves, Parallel Slide Valves, High Performance Metal Seated Butterfly Valves and Control Valves.  Ancillaries such as Steam Traps, Strainers and Angle Pattern Valves are also within the scope of our supply.
